Johnnie W. Baxley, III

Johnnie W. Baxley, III, is a shareholder with the firm of Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A., in Charleston, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, the Moot Court Bar, and the Order of Barristers.  Mr. Baxley was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1995 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He practices in the area of workers' compensation defense.
