Franklin D. Guerrero

Franklin D. Guerrero is an associate with the firm of Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A., in Greenville, South Carolina.  Mr. Guerrero received his B.A. degree from Wofford College and his J.D. degree from Mercer University where he served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2001 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. Mr. Guerrero practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
