Richard B. Kale, Jr.

Richard B. Kale, Jr. is a shareholder with the firm of Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A., in Greenville, South Carolina.  Mr. Kale received his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from the University of  South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review.  He is a member of the South Carolina and North Carolina Bar Associations and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1969 and to the North Carolina Bar in 1989.  At the request of the South Carolina Supreme Court, he has completed his sixteenth year of service on the Commission on Judicial Conduct. Mr. Kale has practiced exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation in South Carolina and North Carolina for over seventeen years.
