Jared M. Pretulak is an associate with the firm of Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A. in Columbia, South Carolina. He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. While in law school, he was a member of the Student Bar Association and served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business. Mr. Pretulak was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2006 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Pretulak practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
